This month features a new partner which recently joined our VAPP: green engineering specialist Terao, one of the pioneers in green buildings with 17 years of experience, 10 of which in China.

Most of our customers do not imagine the almost unlimited possibilities offered by COSWIN to adjust their system, almost beyond recognition, to comply with special requirements or meet unique interfacing needs, without any programming.

Previous articles on Lean Manufacturing, Risk Prevention, Cloud Computing and our series of events on “ROI from maintenance: a GM’s perspective” have already shown that maintenance is not just about getting your hands dirty working with machines.

This article is based on studies conducted by our project team for customers already using a CMMS (COSWIN, Maximo or SAP PM), with a focus on replacing the paper-based process typically used: printing of work orders for dispatch to technicians, notes taken on paper and final input by a “CMMS secretary” or equivalent.
