Celebrating 20 Years of Asset Management Digital Transformation

Thank you for your continued support and cooperation! This year, we welcome a significant milestone for our company: our 20th anniversary! Two decades of unwavering commitment to asset management in China, and more specifically to the Digital Transformation of Asset Management in China, have been an incredible journey, and we are thrilled to share this special moment with our esteemed clients, partners, and friends. Here are the key achievements of our journey:
Recently a customer called us a “Lone Warrior” in the field of asset management. It is true that we have sometimes been hailed as a “Pioneer”, yet we often joke internally about always being “too early” for most industrial digital trends… Our guiding principle has been the idea that asset management lies at the heart of the China Dream for sustainable industrialization and urbanization. This is why we anticipated the push for increased safety, environmental compliance, and ESG. This is also how we got involved in Belt and Road projects, supporting a Shared Future for Mankind.
Our history in China has shaped our digital solutions. As we evolved, we adapted and improved software originally developed in France by Siveco Group to meet the unique needs of the Chinese market. Local software development started in 2007, leading to the opening of our R&D center, the Bluebee Lab, in 2009, developing local solutions for local needs. In line with the ISO 55000 Asset Management standard and our clients’ needs, our product range has grown to form a comprehensive Digital Twin for Asset Management, Operations & Maintenance (O&M) and ESG. Locally developed, locally owned, compliant with Chinese cybersecurity regulations and the Chinese IT ecosystem.
The Chinese market of IT solutions for asset management (including maintenance) remains fragmented and unfocused. Technological hypes have sometimes brought confusion, every vendor claiming it can do everything. This is the reason why the term “Lone Warrior” echoes in conversations, but we are determined to be less lonely in 2024 and to make asset management a more mainstream topic for industrial enterprises. For this, we believe in the power of collaboration to enter new projects, regions, industries, and we extend a warm welcome to new partners to join us in our efforts. We envision a future where collective efforts propel us to new heights in asset management.
