Coswin Light is an easy-to-install prepackaged CMMS, which is installed on the customer’s own PC-server, requiring little consulting services so the focus can remain on maintenance improvement and coaching services.

Coswin Light derives from Coswin 7i, one of the world’s leading maintenance management systems.

•  Thanks to the Diagram Editor, allow access to data entirely by pictures, drawings or images (see below). This is an invaluable aid for technicians to quickly get to the data they need.

•  Using the Report Editor, click for pre-packaged reports or configure and customize them the way you want. Or, create entirely new reports to suit your requirements.

•  Coswin Light is available out-of-the-box in English and Chinese. Additional special languages such as French, Spanish, Italian, Dutch, Portuguese, Brazilian, Arabic, Greek and German are also available as options. For customers using other languages, the Resource Editor tool included in Coswin Light can be used to translate some (or all) Coswin screens to the local language if and when needed.

•  As your company grows, Coswin Light can easily be upgraded to the full Coswin, which opens unlimited database size, number of users and third-party integration capability.

Maintenance data held in spreadsheets or other databases can easily be injected to Coswin Light via its Import facility that will handle:

•  Equipment records
•  Job records (along with parts, technicians/trades, job resources, actions)
•  Stock items
•  Supplier records (along with their supply items)

Excel files are delivered pre-formatted and with 3 clicks your data import is complete.
