This month was particularly eventful for the Siveco China team, with new projects starting in Korea and… Algeria! This demonstrates the global reach of our China operation and the recognized “world class” quality of our work! This also proves that we were serious when we launched our “Go West” strategy a few years ago! Well done Siveco team!

An unusual topic for our monthly Reliability article: we will look into the results of our yearly customer satisfaction survey and the interesting findings it reveals. In early 2013 we have launched our ISO 9001 certification project, with the aim to get certified during 2014. New procedures were implemented during 2013 and internal audits are conducted on a regular basis (we now have 7 certified ISO 9001 internal auditors in the company, which is around 15% of our staff).

After we published a short 2013 recap in our January newsletter, some readers asked for more information about our new customers. This month’s Customer article will introduce our most interesting 2013 deals focused on discrete manufacturing and facility management (note that only projects started in 2013 are listed here). Projects in other the process industry segment will be featured next month.

On January 20-24 2014, Siveco China’s Operation Director Guillaume Gimonet and Customer Support Manager Sissy Chen joined Siveco Group and Partners Event held at the group headquarters in Paris.
