Customers operating in very specific industries may have requirements to record data that do not exist in a standard CMMS, due to their specific processes or government regulations, certifications and standards. In 99% of the cases, the requirements are not functional: they involve adding new data fields, creating new screens or changing existing screen layout.

Siveco provides structured maintenance support services to assist customers in improving their performance, a service package known as Enhanced Maintenance Contract (EMS). As part of the EMS, Siveco performed a follow-up visit to Bostik Guangzhou on September 28th after an on-site assessment on March 24th.

Siveco China is on the Maritime Silk Road for power generation projects in Sri Lanka… and Tanzania! As usual, my team performs best when I am away travelling… In my absence, three major projects in the Chinese waste & water market have been signed and launched! One contract is for a waste treatment plant of Suez, a global player in the sustainable management of resources and a faithful Siveco China client for over twelve years.

On September 15, the Siveco team took the plane to Beihai for 4 days of travel during the Mid-Autumn Festival. Beihai is located in the south of Guangxi Region, and is famous for pearls and seafood. We arrived late in the evening and were lucky to taste local seafood, fresh and delicious. After the big seafood meal, we went back to the hotel to rest, looking forward to the next day’s trip.

On July 30-31, the Siveco team went to Anji for two days trip, Anji is located in Zhejiang Province, China and is famous for bamboo and white tea. On the first day, the sun was shining, we stepped into the journey excitedly. Drifting on the river was very thrilling and, luckily, the weather turned cloudy, so that we didn’t get sunburned.

On July 29th, Siveco China organized a free training for customers under support contract. Customer Service Manager Sunny Wang conducted this session, which five companies attended. The morning class provided an overview of Coswin 8i’s architecture, improvements in user interface and equipment structures, enabling trainees to understand and quickly start using Coswin 8i.
