Thanks for the overwhelming response to our readers’ survey! We have listened to you: this month our newsletter is starting its new life under the title “Smart Operation & Maintenance – for the worker of tomorrow”.

The past year has seen a lot of changes in our market. In SOEs and multinationals alike, significant funds are being made available for “smart” or “4.0” projects. I call this… “smart money”! More often than not, companies do not know where to start such a project.

In this month’s newsletter, we are pleased to share the results of our 2017 customer satisfaction survey, with positive feedback overall and interesting trends. This year’s survey report coincides with Siveco upgrading its certification to ISO 9001:2015.

Unlike traditional CMMS, this project is dominated by the use of the bluebee® mobile solution. In the initial stage, the General Manager of Nanchang Shuanggang Water Supply emphasized that he hoped to abandon the traditional maintenance management model.

On January 30, the Science and Technology Office of the French Embassy in China led a delegation of industry leaders to visit the Carrefour COS (Central Operation & Security) center located in Shanghai.

On February 4, Siveco held its annual management meeting in the old water town of Wuzhen. The team agreed on an increased positioning on “SMART” solutions in terms of R&D, marketing and sales.
