The following day, November 22, an Open Class training took place at the Siveco Shanghai office. Open Class training sessions, limited to maximum 10 attendees, are organized on a regular basis for clients under Enhanced Maintenance Support contracts. The training, conducted by Billy Cai, Project Delivery, Sunny Wang, Customer Support and their team members, focused on “Closing the ISO 55000 loop: Why and how to use interactive reports for Smart O&M”. Open Classes provide exchange opportunities for users who otherwise seldom leave their plant. This last session proved again very fruitful, as attendees brought forward new ideas about using interactive reports.

Those experience-sharing seminar and the open class provided good opportunities to learn and share between clients from various industries and Siveco team members.
