At Siveco Group’s 2017 Technology Conference
Dear Reader,
I am Sunny, Customer Service Manager of Siveco China, having the great pleasure to write this month’s editorial!
At the end of May, I attended the annual technology conference held by Siveco Group, representing the Asia region. During the seminar, I shared my experience and our regional strategies with other countries’ colleagues. Here are the main topics that we discussed:

Each region’s sales performance review and experience sharing
–
Setup of new R&D center in Italy
–
Review of our latest progress on BIM, IoT and mobile products
–
New Coswin release plan, new features including producing charts automatically, batch data update, etc.

Discuss global CMMS deployment projects and cooperation on export projects (more particularly from China)
Unlike previous years, this year’s conference was held in Montpellier, where our French R&D center is located. This deserves a special mention. Montpellier, the eighth largest city in France, is the first international city to have established friendship with Chengdu (twin cities since 1981). Montpellier is an important industrial and commercial center in southern France, it is warm and sunny all year around, with almost no snow: people call it “the city of sunshine”. On weekends, I was happy to tour this beautiful coastal city with the group colleagues and to enjoy local customs together.
This month’s Reliability article will introduce how the Siveco support team helps customers under Enhanced Maintenance Support to improvement of plant reliability with our monthly follow-up. The Customer story will share how battery separator manufacturer Daramic used Coswin 8i to improve maintenance in their Thailand factory. Last but not least, Tips & Tricks will focus on our products IoT integration capabilities for Maintenance 4.0. Plus, as usual, our Latest News.
