From its first release in 2011, bluebee® cloud naturally featured embedded maps, an integrated GIS (Geographical Information System), allowing users to display and manage spatial data related to facilities, equipment and networks, incidents and work done, as well as workers.

This article features the Standard Reports Library of our CMMS Coswin, an optional package which can be purchased and used immediately. The development of these standard reports derived from International Standard for Maintenance (EN 15341 – Maintenance – Maintenance Key Performance Indicators) combined with Siveco consultants’ experience in the past 30 years.

The joint solution demonstrates the openness of both systems and brings unique benefits to owners/operators of automated facilities.

Retailers may have defined their “best practice” in terms of Facilities Management (FM) or Risk Prevention (RP), but how do they ensure this best practices is actually applied to all the stores? Traditional paper-based processes, relying on procedures, coaching, auditing, etc. often do not work in China. In a large organization, they also represent an enormous administrative burden.

Did you know that you could set Coswin to disallow changes in comments already entered on a Work Order? Users can enter comments on Work Orders at different stages (including during execution on bluebee® mobiles). Once saved, comments can usually be modified. It is however possible to change the setting and forbid any change to existing comments.
