Goodbye 2014, the year of our 10th anniversary
Last year, we celebrated the 10th anniversary of Siveco China. Our logo was modified to mark the event, we ran a marketing campaign and many festivities. The anniversary celebration is now over… We find ourselves all grown-up, having to face adult life… Our logo has now reverted to its previous version.

While I was in Seoul, South Korea, where Siveco sees growing activities in the infrastructure market (more on this in a future newsletter), my team launched the most aggressive part of the 10 Years Anniversary Roadshow, taking part in multiple events focused on sustainability, energy savings, eco-cities, etc.

On September 24, the Siveco West China team celebrated the company’s 10 years anniversary at the Chengdu office. Although half of the team was busy on projects in Chongqing, we still enjoyed French champagne and a birthday cake.

This month newsletter is focused on retail, drawing on our experience in this market in China and abroad. Ten years ago, when I started this company, coming from an infrastructures and utilities background, I would not have imagined applying our know-how and technology to retail stores! It however happened, first with Auchan, Ikea, B&Q, much later with Carrefour, Sephora. Even more surprising, we found that the advanced technological solutions we designed for retailers could also apply to industrial customers.
