I am pleased to write this editorial, at the end of a very busy first quarter 2017. I will keep it short, as our newsletter content is very dense this month. First of all, I would like to introduce our new website. We have totally updated and overhauled our main website, in line with our group standards

Drawing on a long experience in the Chinese market, Siveco has developed a specific service offering for overseas infrastructure owners and EPC companies to achieve a smooth handover of plant documentation from construction to maintenance in immediately usable format in a CMMS.

In April 2016, Baosteel Gases selected Siveco’s Coswin 8i for their Excellent Maintenance Management System (EMMS) project, aimed at strengthening the company’s reliability and maintenance excellence program. Its first phase, to establish a maintenance “core model” with guidelines applicable to all sites, was completed in June.

Just after the Chinese New Year holiday, the Siveco management team went to Tianma Country Club in Sheshan for the 2-day yearly business review. The meeting was held in a large villa and consisted in presentations by department manager followed by fruitful discussions. One of the key topics we reviewed was the 2016 Customer Satisfaction Survey.

In this month’s newsletter, we are pleased to share the results of our 2016 customer satisfaction survey, with very good results overall and interesting improvement ideas. The survey is conducted yearly as part of our ISO 9001 quality management system. All our customers have received a detailed survey report with improvement actions.

In January 2017, our team visited a long-time member of the Siveco family, our customer Suez Waste & Recycling waste incinerator in Shanghai Chemical Industry Park, to shoot a short movie about their daily operation process using bluebee®. The film demonstrates a highly condensed version of a working day featuring our customer’s best practices.
