Siveco teams on the road
Dear Readers,
I hope you are doing well during this busy period. While I was in Seoul, South Korea, where Siveco sees growing activities in the infrastructure market (more on this in a future newsletter), my team launched the most aggressive part of the 10 Years Anniversary Roadshow, taking part in multiple events focused on sustainability, energy savings, eco-cities, etc. Our partner Terao, focused on green engineering, organized some of these activities with us. The last event in this series will take place on December 4 in Shanghai, with our GM speaking on sustainable FM. As usual, we will provide detailed feedback of all those activities on our website.
The Siveco team got a well-deserved “rest” with a three-day outing to Huangshan, the famed yellow mountains. About two third of us from the Shanghai and Chengdu offices made it for this trip, while lazy bones stayed home (and a few poor souls were still working on projects). Brave ones were rewarded with great weather on the mountains. I would like to take this chance to deny the rumor that our admin Joanna kicked our boss Bruno down a cliff at Huangshan after he commented on her figure. Bruno is alive and well, and he will write next month’s editorial.
As mentioned before, Siveco is working on the ISO 9001 certification since the beginning of the year. Not only this certification will prove our commitment to quality, but more importantly will allow us to further grow our business based on standard work procedures and a continuous improvement process. This month’s Reliability article features our customer support organization, a key component in our quality management effort. For the Customer Story, we publish an updated version of our Nokia Beijing case study, the perfect example of ROI from maintenance in tough economic times. Tips & Tricks showcases our Standard Reports Library for our CMMS Coswin. Get to know the Siveco people covers the Huangshan company outing and a visit from Cofely Gient at our Chengdu office. Also read our Latest News as usual.
I hope you like our content! Feel free to give us feedback anytime! Take it easy as Christmas is approaching…
