Going West… to Africa!

Welcome to our February 2014 newsletter!

This month was particularly eventful for the Siveco China team, with new projects starting in Korea and… Algeria! This demonstrates the global reach of our China operation and the recognized “world class” quality of our work! This also proves that we were serious when we launched our “Go West” strategy a few years ago! Well done Siveco team! This month’s partner article will explain our approach to African infrastructure projects with Asian EPC companies.

At the end of 2013, an independent consulting team ran a Customer Satisfaction Survey for us, aiming at assessing improvement opportunities. We are pleased to share a summary of the results in this month’s reliability article. The survey generally showed very good results and validated our maintenance improvement focus, while identifying new support requirements. Our support team will coordinate the necessary improvement, in order to further improve our customers satisfaction.

After we published a short 2013 recap in our January newsletter, some readers asked for more information about our new customers. This month’s Customer article will introduce our most interesting 2013 deals focused on discrete manufacturing and facility management (projects in the process industry segment will be featured next month).

In the COSWIN Tips & Tricks section, we will feature a basic yet little-used COSWIN “Resource Editor” functionality to enhance the usability of the system. We invite our readers to investigate the screen customization capability of the system and to contact our support hotline may you have any question.

Finally we are pleased to share our latest news in the beginning of 2014.

As our readers already know, 2014 will see our company’s 10 years anniversary! We have been in business for a decade already and have decided to launch a 10 Years Anniversary Roadshow, to showcase our experience all over China and Asia.
