2024 Customer Satisfaction Survey Report

In this article, we are pleased to share the results of our 2024 customer satisfaction survey, pending audit in February 2025 by Bureau Veritas.

As part of the ISO 55000-driven approach advocated by Siveco China, alignment between management and end-users, between strategic goals and execution, is essential. This survey is designed accordingly.

Respondent profile

99% of our end-users are “smart”! Less than 1% still rely on printed work orders.

The top three benefits are: 1. Improved corporate image (showcasing best practices, modern systems) 2. Optimized resources allocation 3. Help for planning, executing and reporting maintenance work

Satisfaction with support

In 2024, we receive on average 99% of positive feedback on Siveco China support services.


As in previous years, customers highly value services that are not part of traditional software support.


Project Delivery

The section is for projects that went live during 2024, demonstrating the Feedback on project delivery from the three dimensions of communication skills, technical expertise and training performed.


The responses showed that 100% respondents say that all objectives have been met upon “Go Live”. Activities after Go Live (babysitting sessions, regular follow-up and coaching, annual assessments, support) are covered under the Support section.

Conclusion

As a result of this survey, improvement actions for 2025 have been defined based on our findings and will be managed by our Customer Service team as part of the company’s quality management process. A more detailed report has been sent to all customers.

This year marked a significant milestone for us: our 20th anniversary! Two decades dedicated to the Digital Transformation of Asset Management and Maintenance Management in China and from China, on the Belt & Road and beyond. We are grateful to our customers, some of whom have been with us for 20 years! Year 2024 also concluded very positively for our company, with profits, new deals, major clients going “live”, new products. We are looking forward to working closely with you in 2025 and to achieve improvement together.
