As COVID-19 hit the world just before Chinese New Year in January, Siveco China support services continued through the holidays to help ensure our customer’s normal operation. Our support engineers contacted every customer, enquiring as to their situation and providing technical help as needed. Particular attention was paid to clients managing essential infrastructures and to Key Accounts. In order to protect the health and safety of all involved, the support team decided to hold the next “Open Class” in the form of a webinar.

Siveco, China’s largest maintenance consultancy, has decided to open its bluehoney online training platform, used in-house since 2012, to all maintenance professional in China.
