As COVID-19 hit the world just before Chinese New Year in January, Siveco China support services continued through the holidays to help ensure our customer’s normal operation. Our support engineers contacted every customer, enquiring as to their situation and providing technical help as needed. Particular attention was paid to clients managing essential infrastructures and to Key Accounts.
