In this month’s newsletter, we are pleased to share the results of our 2016 customer satisfaction survey, with very good results overall and interesting improvement ideas. The survey is conducted yearly as part of our ISO 9001 quality management system. All our customers have received a detailed survey report with improvement actions.

On November 25th, Siveco China organized a free training for customers under support contract. Operation Director Guillaume and Customer Service Manager Sunny Wang conducted the session. We were very pleased to welcome customers coming from various parts of China, including Guanghan, Nanchang, Changshu, Zhenzhou, Maanshan. A total of six companies attended.

The morning class provided an overview of Coswin 8i’s architecture, improvements in user interface and equipment structures, enabling trainees to understand and quickly start using Coswin 8i.

Our Managing Director Bruno was in Tunisia the third week of April for business development meetings with our African partners. The trip started with a visit to the scenic town of Sidi Bou Said for a seafood lunch with colleagues Adel Kalai and Claude Tombu, two of the key people behind the company’s development in Africa. On the way from Tunis to Sidi Bou Said, several Siveco client sites are visible, including power plants operated by the national power company STEG (Societe Tunisienne de l’Electricite et du Gaz).
