Siveco training on New Coswin 8i features
On July 29th, Siveco China organized a free training for customers under support contract. Customer Service Manager Sunny Wang conducted this session, which five companies attended.
The morning class provided an overview of Coswin 8i’s architecture, improvements in user interface and equipment structures, enabling trainees to understand and quickly start using Coswin 8i.
In the afternoon, the course went deeper into functional enhancements such as work management, document management and so on.
Ample time was given for Q&A, during which many questions and specific problems were answered.
Overall the training went very well and received good feedback from attendees. In the coming months, Siveco China will continue to organize such sessions for clients under support, in line with the conclusions of our last Customer Survey.
