Siveco China board meeting held at the Kokuyo Showroom

Siveco China held its half-year board meeting on July 21 at the Kokuyo Showroom in Shanghai. During the morning sessions, the progress of the ongoing ISO 9001 certification were reviewed with board members, department managers and internal auditors. During the afternoon session, the board meeting took place, with review of company performance and decisions for the second half of the year, including further investment in R&D in Shanghai and Chengdu. Overseas development, conducted via the Siveco Hongkong subsidiary, was also discussed. The current company board is composed of six directors (of which 2 foreigners, 4 Chinese, 3 men, 3 women).

Siveco China thanks Kokuyo Furniture (www.kokuyo.cn/furniture) for sponsoring the venue: the meeting was held at the main meeting room of Kokuyo Furniture showroom in downtown Shanghai. As part of a partnership with Kokuyo, a Japanese manufacturer of high-end office furniture, Siveco will also organize a series of Facility Management-related seminars with Kokuyo in the coming months.
