Siveco mid-term management meeting in Suzhou
On July 14, Siveco China held its mid-term management meeting at the Pan Pacific Hotel in Suzhou, a peaceful sanctuary fusing traditional architecture and contemporary luxury. July being an extremely busy month, team members flew in from Hong Kong, Zhongshan and Beijing, in addition to Shanghai.
The first day was dedicated to business review and planning. Our GM Bruno made an opening speech to emphasis the company’s key objectives, followed by in-depth reporting of half-year performance by all managers, covering finance, marketing, sales, project, R&D and quality. Half-year results were good, with several large projects starting in our target markets, good response from our yearly satisfaction survey and new product development initiatives. The exchange session proved to be very fruitful with many improvement ideas, which will be put into practice into daily operation.

After the review, all the team members had local dinner and spent night life at the downtown club. The second day was very relaxed, with people gathering to visit Suzhou traditional gardens and enjoying the hotel outdoor swimming pool.
