In December, Siveco Customer Service Manager Sunny Wang and Business Development Manager Stanley Xu visited two Thailand customers Daramic Thailand and Essilor Optical Limited Thailand (EOLT) as part of the company’s customer care program. Siveco already has a strong presence in Southeast Asia, with clients in Brunei, Laos, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, and of course Thailand, a priority for our regional development, with already four multisite customers in this beautiful country.

On November 21, Siveco hosted VIP clients at the prestigious Hellas House in Shanghai to celebrate the firm’s 15-year anniversary. Our key clients and selected partners were invited to attend this seminar featuring presentations by various customers, followed by a friendly dinner party by the pool.

From October 3 to October 9, Siveco China team embarked on the plane to Lanzhou for a 7-day outing during the National holiday and revisited the Silk Road, the famed ancient trade road connecting China and Eurasia. We are all particularly proud at Siveco China to be playing a role, alongside many Chinese companies, on the Belt & Road, the modern continuation of the old Silk Road. History is still ongoing and this long outing made it more visible to us.

The Process Intelligent Manufacturing Summit 2019 held in Hangzhou on August 22-23, attracted a large numbers of process industry leaders and experts to share their perspectives on the latest industry developments.

In this hot summer, the Siveco China team met many friends and joined exciting activities focused on a hot topic indeed: Big Data and AI for predictive maintenance. Unfortunately no beaches, no bikinis for us, but good fun all the same! Here are a few highlights and snapshots!

The International Solid Waste Management Summit 2019 was held in Shanghai on June 12-14, attracting a large numbers of industry professionals from leading waste management companies.
