As our Managing Director said, the rain is auspicious sign of fortune to come… From September 18 to 21, the Siveco China team enjoyed a Mid-Autumn Festival trip to Luoyang, Henan province, under the rain!

On May 28, 2021, Siveco China team attended the French Gala Shanghai 2021 with high level representatives from our clients Yingde Gases (Asia’s largest industrial gas supplier), Baosteel Packaging (China’s leading metal packaging manufacturer), Urbaser (global waste management company), our ecosystem partners Schaeffler (integrating our solutions in their condition monitoring suite) and the Asia Pacific Urban Energy Association (APUEA).

An active player in the Chinese water market since 2004, Siveco frequently networks with clients and other market stakeholders. Recently our “Smart Water” team joined the 19th Water Sector Strategic Forum 2021 in Beijing and the IE expo in Shanghai.

On Jan 28, 2021, Siveco China team gathered at Millennium Hongqiao Hotel for annual dinner on the theme of “European Royalty” where the team’s talent was on full display for a night of fun! Siveco members dressed up in European Renaissance and Enlightenment period costumes and prepared great entertainment for all to enjoy. The party was organized by our admin team.

On January 11, as a French tradition, Siveco China celebrated the Feast of the Epiphany. This festival stemmed from a visit of the three Kings to the Baby Jesus, so it is also known as the Three Kings Festival. Our team gathered to share the “galette des rois” (kings’ cake). There is a small figurine hidden in the cake, whoever finds it in the cake would be the crowned king for the whole year.

As part of its COVID-19 crisis plan, announced in February 2020, Siveco has increased its investment in the Chinese market. The company made the strategic decision to provide extra funding not only for R&D but also for marketing activities.
