Slithering into Success in the Year of the Snake! 

Dear Reader,

Welcome to the Year of the Snake! Together with the bluebee® girl, we extend our warmest greetings and heartfelt wishes to you and your loved ones. The Snake symbolizes wisdom, charm, and good fortune, yet with an element of mystery. This animal seems particularly well-suited to accompany us into this new year, and we look forward to the opportunities it holds. May the Snake bring you success and happiness through wisdom and innovation!

This is also the time to reflect on the past year and identify areas for improvement. For this purpose, we have just released our 2024 customer satisfaction survey report, part of our ISO 9001:2015-certified quality management system. Customers can contact us for a full version of the report, available in both English and Chinese.

As is traditional, 12 days after Christmas, our Shanghai team celebrated the Three Kings Festival. Towards the end of the year, we visited important clients in Thailand, and the Phnom Penh Water Supply Authority in Cambodia went live with our Smart O&M solution. We are honored to contribute to continuing development on the Belt & Road! In China, several key projects also went live and we secured new infrastructure contracts (to be announced). Year 2024 marked Siveco China’s 20th anniversary (which we will continue to celebrate in 2025!) and it has concluded very positively for us, with profits, new deals, new products. Due to our busy schedule, the annual party has been postponed until after the holidays: please stay tuned for fun photos at that time!
