Based on bluebee® for WeChat, the ticketing system for maintenance-requests covers our entire facility. Tenants and colleagues can upload job-requests by scanning relevant QR codes. The manager assigns work-orders to dedicated personnel who can retrieve maintenance procedures and asset-information from the system.
