To cope with business growth and ensure safety, Baosteel Packaging’s leadership launched its Maintenance 4.0 project, named “EMS” internally, with Siveco. The film demonstrates how Siveco solutions support the implementation of the maintenance strategy defined by Baosteel Packaging, with comprehensive and standardized business processes at working level (operators and technicians using the bluebee® app) and at management level (highly visual interactive dashboards), based on a Coswin 8i plant maintenance database.
