What is bluebee® cloud?

bluebee® cloud is Siveco’s cloud computing platform for large multisite facility owners and service companies. A full Risk Prevention / Facilities Management / Maintenance management solution in its own rights, bluebee® cloud also acts as the synchronization platform for the mobile solution bluebee® “for the worker of tomorrow”.

 

bluebee® cloud is a standard off-the-shelf software platform offering an entirely web-based user interface, a “portal” similar to Yahoo or iGoogle, enabling easy access to all necessary data from the central database and external systems. The portal is accessible from any browser on large touch-screen display, desktop or tablet PC, using a secure login.

 

bluebee® cloud provides built-in Risk Prevention and Facilities Management functionality and is designed to integrate with other sub-systems (GIS, SCADA, CMMS/EAM, CRM, etc.) and web services (weather reports, live video surveillance streams). It can accommodate future extensions and custom-made plug-ins, thanks to the use of open technologies.

 

Finally, bluebee® cloud acts as the mobile devices management and synchronization platform for bluebee®.

bluebee® cloud is optimized for touch screens and can be used on tablets, for managers on the move, as well as on large touch screens panels, typically in the control room.

 

 

bluebee® cloud is designed to be very intuitive, hence the use of a portal-style user interface similar to iGoogle or Yahoo! These pages are known as dashboards in bluebee® cloud. A dashboard is composed of many widgets which can then be organized, resized, reconfigured and moved around by simple drag-and-drop.

Why bluebee® cloud?

 

The central back-office for bluebee®

 

Follow-up actions (job request, preventive job, stock transactions) based on mobile records from bluebee® mobile users are automatically created and updated into the central server database. By enforcing systematic recording of failure, non-compliance, and work done, the integrated bluebee® system provides a technical knowledge base to support the daily work of technical teams and to support management decisions. The central platform manages mobile devices, ensures data synchronization and integrates seamlessly with other subsystems (GIS, SCADA, video surveillance, CMMS/EAM…).

This is true both for technicians and managers. bluebee® cloud is designed for such real-life users and is based on very graphical, simplified and intuitive user interfaces, similar to any website.

Reduced reliance on IT
