Galloping into Success in the Year of the Horse! 

Dear Readers,

Welcome to the Chinese New Year of the Horse! Together with the bluebee® girl, we extend our warmest greetings and heartfelt wishes for the Spring Festival to you and your loved ones. The Horse symbolizes diligence, gallantry and perseverance, representing the courage to forge ahead and the bright promise of a prosperous future. May the Horse bring you success and health with its determination and strength!

This is also the time to reflect on the past year and identify areas for improvement. For this purpose, we have just released our 2025 customer satisfaction survey report, part of our ISO 9001:2015-certified quality management system. Customers can contact us for a full version of the report, available in both English and Chinese.

We have continued to deepen our presence in overseas. Towards the end of the year, MCA-Mongolia selected the bluebee® Smart O&M suite for implementation at the Water Supply and Sewerage Authority of Ulaanbaatar City (USUG). We are also deploying Smart O&M solutions for two 1,800 MW decarbonized Combined Cycle Gas Turbine (CCGT) projects in Saudi Arabia and two FPSO vessels under construction in Singapore and China for the Brazilian market.

Meanwhile, our China business has progressed steadily as the market becomes more dynamic again, with multiple water, waste, urban transportation and pharmaceutical projects successfully put into operation at the end of the year. Our teams have conducted numerous maintenance audits and consulting assignments based on our proven ISO 55000 Asset Management guidelines. Looking back at 2025, it was a productive year for us.

On the R&D front, at the Bluebee Lab in Shanghai, we incorporated many client suggestions into our bluebee® product (user interface, functional enhancements, technical features). We also introduced Asset Health Scoring, an advanced AI-powered feature within the Prognostics and Health Management (PHM) suite.

At the beginning of February, we held our annual dinner. In the year ahead, Siveco China will uphold its professional values, forge ahead in global and Chinese markets, and write a new chapter in its development.
