Working with large system integrators
Historically, large infrastructure projects have worked with system integrators for their IT projects, due to their complexity and size. As a result, Siveco has gained a lot of experience working with such partners, providing Maintenance 4.0 software and specialist maintenance consulting.
Large system integrators are used to IT projects requiring numerous interfaces, software development and extensive manpower over long periods of time. They may be reluctant to subcontract any scope of service to a smaller player such as Siveco, thinking that their many in-house resources should be able to cover all client needs.
At the same time, more and more IT projects fail to deliver operational results. Clients have come to challenge established IT firms, demanding improvement. This is totally in line with the “sustainability” trend in our society, in China and abroad.
