bluebee® cloud with Revit® integration
Maintenance 4.0 specialist Siveco has announced the release of its standard integration module bluebee® cloud for Revit®. The integration makes all BIM (Building Information Model) data in Autodesk Revit® format available to bluebee® cloud FM (Facility Management) users.
bluebee® cloud is a fully functional FM solution, covering the entire life-cycle of facilities. Each user role (e.g. group facilities manager, site manager, planner, etc.) has its own dashboard. Made of “blocks” or “widgets”, dashboards can be entirely configured.
bluebee® cloud for Revit® allows users to access all facility operation and maintenance data from the 3D viewer embedded in the bluebee® portal. The solution enables advanced work preparation, using data and graphics from the model to assess step-by-step work instructions and safety points.
The BIM model is available directly inside bluebee® cloud. All related asset data incl. spares, contracts, documentation, etc. are available directly from the BIM model by clicking on relevant object.
Job Guidelines define preventive maintenance actions: frequency, detailed instructions, parts, resources, etc.
Based on Job Guidelines, the system will automatically plan maintenance work and semi-manual options are also available.
A 3D view of the related equipment is available directly on the Job Guideline and Work Order screens, to help work preparation.
Maintenance workers in the building can use the bluebee® mobile app to access the BIM/FM data.
The new standard bluebee® cloud module is based on existing integration tools, already used in many projects for example for BMS (Building Management System) integration, which have now been packaged as a special module preconfigured for Revit®. This integration has already been implemented for client projects such as China National Offshore Oil Corporation CNOOC. The solution was developed at the Siveco China R&D Center in Shanghai.
