Users can enter comments on Work Orders at different stages (including during execution on <a href=\"http:\/\/www.sivecochina.com\/en\/products\/bluebee\/\" target=\"_blank\">bluebee<sup>\u00ae<\/sup><\/a> mobiles). Once saved, comments can usually be modified. It is found in: Tools > Parameters > Maintenance tab > WO &#8211; Parameters>. It is the first parameter in the list. Just tick to activate this option.<\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">Once activated, to prevent changes to comments already entered, comments are split in two different areas:<\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify; padding-left:30px;\">&#8211;&nbsp;&nbsp;On the left, an input area<br \/>\n&#8211;&nbsp;&nbsp;On the right, an area showing the entire history of comments<\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\" style=\"width: 580px; height: 295px;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.sivecochina.com\/sites\/default\/files\/oldsitefile\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/03\/newsletter\/05_tips_tricks_en_02.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"570\" height=\"290\" \/><\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">Users input comments on the left. When the WO is saved, the comment is moved to the right, prefixed by the user signature (which is setup in Tools > Security Profiles > Users), with a time stamp.<\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">When the option is not active (not ticked):<br \/>\nUsers can input in the left area, automatically copied to the right area, or can input directly in the right area.<\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">When the option is active (ticked):<br \/>\nUsers can only input in the left area. It is not possible to modify comments on the right.<\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">Remark on using Coswin Resource Editor to customize the WO screen:<\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">If the administrator has removed the left input area using COSWIN Resource Editor (the area is called &#8220;FeedbackNotes&#8221;), the &#8220;Split WO notes&#8221; option should not be activated otherwise users will not be able to input any comment!
