West is never west enough for our GM<\/p><\/div><\/div>\n

I am pleased to write this editorial from our new Chengdu office! As our business in Western China has grown considerably, we have moved to a more convenient downtown location, which will provide a central base for our engineers working in Sichuan province. We currently have teams in 5 different customers locations in Sichuan and Chongqing, with all support team in Chengdu. I am glad we made the rather bold decision to move to Chengdu last year, an initiative that is already paying off!<\/div>\n

 <\/p>\n

In addition to the local team, our national teams are spending more time in the region for marketing activities. On March 28<\/a>, we co-organized an event with our customer Chonqqing Sino French Water. On April 17<\/a>, I was invited by the French Chamber of Commerce to share my experience of maintenance in China. On April 18<\/a>, we held a small opening ceremony for our new office, with two of our local partners. All these events are part of our bluebee\u00ae<\/sup> roadshow, aimed at sharing more experience with customers and partners. I am myself spending more and more time in Chengdu and the Western provinces.<\/div>\n

 <\/p>\n

This newsletter is almost entirely dedicated to our West China business, but I think readers anywhere in China will find the content relevant to them as well. Our Reliability<\/a> article is a reprint of a paper previously published in a business magazine on “Industrial Excellence in China – The Importance of Maintenance to Low-Cost Manufacturing”. This month’s Customer Story<\/a> gives an overview of our customers in Western China. Our Partner<\/a> article is dedicated to our joint service offering with Aoruo New Energy Technology. Tips & Tricks<\/a> features bluebee\u00ae<\/sup> HSE Incident Reporting. With the usual Latest News<\/a>, including the events mentioned above.<\/div>\n
