\u2460 COSWIN Stock is multi-organisational and thanks to the n-tier architecture the sites can be wherever you require them to be \u2461 Each stock item one or many locations which are physical, defined by its store, within the store the bin, to which a batch can be attached and finally the serial number of the item \u2462 Stock items are received into stores and can be Inspected or directly placed into a location or \u2463 can be retained in Inspection and then placed in a location \u2464 the location can be another store \u2465 Reservations can be made from the released work order (see Job Life Cycle) \u2466 Issues can be made in a number of ways, either to a work order, or to a cost centre, or with COSWIN Mobile the technician can indicate stock consumption and later synchronize with COSWIN. In other words, using the stores at night with no-one present is not a problem \u2467 Returns are made in the same way, that is items that are not used in the course of maintenance can be returned.<\/div>\n
