Siveco China&#8217;s advanced management concepts were applied to the company&#8217;s specific situation, aiming to set a new benchmark for maintenance management in the Chinese water industry, ensuring public safety, sustainability and optimizing assets lifecycle cost, by developing a systematic approach to asset management and enforce it across all companies.
