Based on the experience of our founders in Asia, Siveco China was created in 2004 around the idea of combining maintenance consulting services and Smart O&M solutions, in order to ensure success, which is: tangible results from the project and continuous improvement in O&M. Indeed O&M staff often lack exposure to maintenance methodologies or have only a theoretical knowledge of them. The implementation of an IT system \u2013 if done right! \u2013 is the ideal opportunity to put those methodologies into practice and provide structure to such a project. Since then, all Siveco projects have incorporated consulting, training and coaching for our customers. In 2018 an innovation was introduced under the name of bluehoney, an online training course on maintenance management. bluehoney is not meant to replace classroom and on-the-job training as part of the project and ongoing support, but to complement it. We recommend putting your users through the bluehoney course as part of every implementation project.<\/div>\n
