Just before Chinese New Year, Siveco held its annual management meeting in the old water town of Wuzhen. On February 4, team members drove from Shanghai to Tongxiang and visited the Wuzhen West Scenic Zone, auspiciously covered with snow. The evening was then spent in preparation for the next day meeting! On the second day, everyone gathered to review company and departmental performance. Our dress code was Black & Red! Our 2017 results have been robust, with strong growth in the public infrastructure segment, steady business overseas, but a slowdown with multinationals. Customer satisfaction is high (see our report on the customer satisfaction survey<\/a>) both for product & project delivery and support. Final preparations were made for the ISO 9001:2015 audit \u2013 which we successfully passed on March 9 (more on this later). The team agreed on an increased positioning on \u201cSMART\u201d solutions in terms of R&D, marketing and sales. In 2018, Siveco will continue to focus on mid-to-large-scale infrastructure projects in Greater China and on the Belt & Road by leveraging \u201cSMART\u201d concepts. We are happy to share some of team photos, beautiful Wuzhen in the snow.<\/div>\n
