This year\u2019s survey report coincides with Siveco upgrading its certification to ISO 9001:2015. All our customers have received a detailed survey report with improvement actions.<\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Respondent profile<\/strong><\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">Over 95% of customers under support took the time to respond to the survey, representing around 400 clients.<\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\" style=\"width: 460px; height: 277px;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/newsletter.bluebeecloud.com\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/03\/1.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"455\" height=\"277\" \/><\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">56% of responses come from managers, showing that maintenance is getting more attention from management, a trend already identified in the <a href=\"https:\/\/newsletter.bluebeecloud.com\/en\/reliability\/2017-maintenance-in-china-survey-does-maintenance-play-a-role-in-the-china-dream\/\" target=\"_blank\">\u201cMaintenance in China 2017\u201d survey<\/a> conducted by Siveco &amp; Shanghai University.<\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\" style=\"width: 447px; height: 245px;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/newsletter.bluebeecloud.com\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/03\/2.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"442\" height=\"245\" \/><\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">A pioneer of Maintenance 4.0, Siveco supports maintenance improvement with integrated cloud and mobile solutions based on: Coswin, bluebee\u00ae and bluebee\u00ae cloud.<\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">Siveco solutions benefit from a long history, over 30 years from Coswin, over 10 years for bluebee\u00ae and bluebee\u00ae cloud. As markets and technologies keep changing, Siveco propose a clear and proven upgrade path for all products, to support customers with their improvement needs for decades to come, which is considered a key strength of Siveco.<\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">The following chart shows the share of end-users (based on the number of licenses under support contract) for the different solutions. Compared to the same chart in 2016, the evolution of Siveco China\u2019s customer base is obvious:<\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\" style=\"width: 512px; height: 252px;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.sivecochina.com\/sites\/default\/files\/ressources\/Support\/news\/2018\/03\/3_user_population_by_software_used.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"507\" height=\"252\" \/><\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">The Coswin 8i upgrade campaign has shown good results (yet some clients chose to remain in version 7i) and the number of bluebee\u00ae and bluebee\u00ae cloud licenses has continued to increase (note that customers using our mobile solution naturally have more users). This trend is expected to continue next year, as several large bluebee\u00ae contracts signed in 2017 will come under support.<\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Satisfaction<\/strong><\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>Support<\/em><\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">During 2017, all actions planned based on the results of the 2016 survey have been completed. In particular, the support team has run a proactive campaign to upgrade Coswin 7i clients to Coswin 8i and \u201cOpen Class\u201d training sessions have been conducted at the Siveco Shanghai office every quarter.<\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">For 2017, clients generally give positive feedback on Siveco China support:<\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\" style=\"width: 500px; height: 330px;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/newsletter.bluebeecloud.com\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/03\/4.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"495\" height=\"330\" \/><\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">Compared to 2016, responses show sharp improvement in terms of response time (\u201cstrongly agree\u201d went from 43% to 73%) and easy communication (from 43% to 64%), while others remain stable.<\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">Providing guidance on system usage and improvement suggestions based on system assessment, which are not part of traditional software support (bug fixes and hotline), are highly valued by customers:<\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\" style=\"width: 516px; height: 268px;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/newsletter.bluebeecloud.com\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/03\/5.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"511\" height=\"268\" \/><\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">Since 2010, Siveco offers \u201cEnhanced Maintenance Support\u201d services, comprising a yearly improvement plan, onsite assessments and monthly remote checks, which help maintain continuous contact with clients. During 2017, additional efforts were put to offer additional training to clients, including quarterly Open Class training for customers under Enhanced contracts.<\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">In this survey, customers were asked if they were interested to pay for additional training:<\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\" style=\"width: 445px; height: 288px;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/newsletter.bluebeecloud.com\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/03\/7.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"440\" height=\"288\" \/><\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">After the survey was completed, two customers have already signed up for such chargeable training based on their specific needs.<\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">At the end of 2017, Siveco also launched its new bluehoney offering, an online training program on maintenance management; see the Product section for more.<\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>Product<\/em><\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">The Coswin CMMS, now in its Coswin 8i version, has a long history dating back to the 1980s. Since 2008, Siveco pioneered the development of standard mobile solutions for Operation &amp; Maintenance, the bluebee\u00ae suite, which explains the large proportion of Siveco client using mobile solutions.<\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">Product satisfaction was high in 2017, improving from previous years:<\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\" style=\"width: 516px; height: 304px;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/newsletter.bluebeecloud.com\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/03\/8.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"511\" height=\"304\" \/><\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">Although questions were slightly different from the 2016 survey, the percentage of \u201cstrongly agree\u201d responses has increased very significantly.<\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">Based on previous years\u2019 surveys, during 2017, Siveco China R&amp;D team continued to focus on improving the reliability and configurability of our solutions. This included giving suggestions to clients on setting up their IT infrastructure, which sometimes negatively impact performance.<\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">Additional efforts were put on improving user experience, the results of which is shown below:<\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\" style=\"width: 515px; height: 286px;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/newsletter.bluebeecloud.com\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/03\/9.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"510\" height=\"286\" \/><\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">One question surveyed our clients\u2019 interest for newly introduced features of bluebee\u00ae (all the features already exist but may not be used by all customers):<\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\" style=\"width: 502px; height: 449px;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/newsletter.bluebeecloud.com\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/03\/10.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"497\" height=\"449\" \/><\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">QR code scanning using WeChat is the \u201cchampion\u201d, which several of our multisite customers are already using to expand the system to operation teams. Meter reading is an example of key feature present in bluebee\u00ae since 2008, but sometimes not used or not known by clients. Generally, we see that clients using bluebee\u00ae for operational support (such as operation checks, audits, meter readings etc.) are less aware of its maintenance-related features, and conversely.<\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div class=\"wp-caption alignright\" style=\"width: 285px; height: 105px;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/newsletter.bluebeecloud.com\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/03\/bluehoney logo.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"280\" height=\"103\" \/><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">The newly-launched bluehoney online training course takes the second position. Based on sales and project experience, Siveco indeed observes that customers once reluctant to accept new ideas (traditional preference for PC-based CMMS and work-orders on printed paper) have now become more and more open to the technological advances and benefits of bluebee\u00ae (also see the next section of the survey for benefits).<\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Benefits<\/strong><\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">Several survey questions explored the benefits obtained by clients.<\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\" style=\"width: 515px; height: 438px;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/newsletter.bluebeecloud.com\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/03\/11.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"510\" height=\"438\" \/><\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">While execution benefits rank the highest, responses show that companies derive corporate value from Siveco products and services. Meter reading is an example of key feature present in bluebee\u00ae since 2008, but sometimes not used or not known by clients. Based on sales and project experience, Siveco indeed observes that customers once reluctant to accept new ideas (traditional preference for PC-based CMMS and work-orders on printed paper) have now become more and more open to the technological advances and benefits of bluebee\u00ae (also see the next section of the survey for benefits).<\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Benefits<\/strong><\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">Several survey questions explored the benefits obtained by clients.<\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\" style=\"width: 515px; height: 438px;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/newsletter.bluebeecloud.com\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/03\/11.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"510\" height=\"438\" \/><\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">While execution benefits rank the highest, responses show that companies derive corporate value from Siveco products and services.
